Komatsu Pledges Nearly $1.5 Million for China Earthquake Relief

Rolling Meadows, May 27, 2008 – Komatsu American Corp. announces that its parent company, Komatsu Ltd., in conjunction with its China affiliates and China employees, will donate 150 million yen (approximately USD $1.45 million) in cash and equipment toward relief efforts for the recent devastating earthquake in China. Komatsu extends its heartfelt concern and condolences to the people and families who have been devastated by this earthquake.
